Random workouts lead to random results. If you're constantly switching things up or skipping your training days, your body never gets the chance to adapt and improve. Progress happens through consistency.

Solution: Follow a structured program that includes progressive overload, rest days, and proper recovery.


2. You're Not Challenging Yourself at the Gym

Comfort is the enemy of change. If you're lifting the same weights every week or skipping reps when it gets hard, you’re selling yourself short.

Solution: Track your workouts and push yourself to increase weights, reps, or intensity over time.


3. You're Eating Too Little Protein

Protein is essential for muscle repair, fat loss, and staying full. If your meals are carb-heavy and low in protein, you're likely under-fueling your body.

Solution: Aim for 0.7–1g of protein per pound of body weight, spread across 3–4 meals a day.
