Founder of The Parnell Plan
Chris Parnell is a New York City–based personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps busy professionals build strength, improve body composition, and develop sustainable health habits that last. As the founder of The Parnell Plan, Chris has worked with hundreds of clients — from executives and creatives to entrepreneurs — designing personalized training and nutrition strategies that fit real lives, not ideal schedules.
Chris specializes in body composition–focused coaching, combining progressive strength training with evidence-based nutrition guidance to help clients build lean muscle, reduce body fat, and stay consistent without extremes. His approach prioritizes long-term results over quick fixes, with programs built around clarity, accountability, and realistic routines.
A TIA (mini-stroke) survivor, Chris brings a deeply personal perspective to his coaching. He practices what he teaches — showing up with discipline, self-awareness, and empathy — and holds clients to the same standards of consistency and commitment that helped shape his own journey.
