I (Chris here) hate to sound like a broken record, however, I firmly believe that unless you have absolutely zero control over your own life circumstances, there is no valid reason why you cannot come up with practical and effective solutions to overcome this barrier. It’s essential to recognize that time management is a skill that can be developed, and with a bit of creativity and determination, anyone can find ways to incorporate fitness into their daily lives. The key lies in shifting your mindset and recognizing that your health and well-being are worth the investment of time and effort.
