Activity Level
Sedentary: you work a desk job and do not exercise
Lightly Active: you work a desk job and do a bit of regular exercise. Or you do not exercise but have a job that requires you to be on your feet most of the day (i.e. a nurse)
Moderately active: Most will fall into this category. Maybe you work a sedentary job but train like madman. Or maybe you train moderately, but you also have a job where you're on your feet most of the day. If you don't train but work a hard labor job this is also you
Very Active: You train hard and you're on your feet most of the day. You're active most of the day
Extra Active: You work a labor intense job and you train hard. For instance you're a roofer who trains five times a week
