Nutrition and Body Composition Specialist

Ryan Burke holds a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Human Nutrition and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He serves as an adjunct lecturer at Lehman College while pursuing his master’s degree in Human Performance and Fitness, slated for completion in June 2024.


Additionally, Ryan is a member of the Applied Muscle Development Lab, where his research primarily focuses on studying the effects of resistance training on body composition, strength, and skeletal muscle growth.


Starting next Fall, he will begin pursuing a Ph.D. in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology at Rutgers University, where he will continue to teach and conduct research on exercise science-related topics in the Rutgers Applied Biomechanics Lab.
